About the Author...

Roger W. King was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in a little town east of the city, starting in the early 40s.

He spent four years on active duty in the United States Air Force; based in the States and Germany. He flew missions to fourteen countries during the Cold War on three continents (Europe, Asia, and Africa). Some flights were highly classified behind the Iron Curtain: for example,  the extension of the Berlin Airlift. 

In civilian life he was married for fifty years (lost his wife to cancer); has two children and three grandchildren.

His first book written: Me Mother Crow, based of a true story when he was twelve years old. Then he wrote and illustrated a children’s book: How Do You Feel Now, Roger?, based on how he and his wife raised their children. Both are available on Amazon.

 

He is presently writing a fictional Series: 

Compelled To Run: (Published) Novella and starter book of the John Wentworth Series.

Saving America Shamefully: (Published) first book, which is a sci-fi adventure full of crime, thriller, and suspense.

And currently working on his second book of the Series.
